Sometimes we may need to delete unnecessary custom workflow templates. Please do not try to delete standard templates. I am not sure whether it asks confirmation message in popup or not for standard templates but for custom templates, there is no confirmation popup.
How to delete Workflow templates ?
- Go to PFTC transaction
- Select Workflow template from Task type dropdown box and search custom templates with Z*.
- Double click on selected template.
- Delete the template.
