This step is used to dynamically select the workflow from the list which has to be executed at run time.
- Right Click on the branch and select Create button
- Create the User decision step
- Create the Ad Hoc anchor step by right clicking on the branch.
- Select Adhoc anchor step and provide the workflow number which has to be executed at run time. The selection will be made by the approver through Graphical log
- Now execute the workflow and go to Workflow log.
- Select the graphical log
- Select the anchor step and then select the anchor icon as shown below.
- Select the workflow which has to be executed next.
- Once selected the corresponding branch of that workflow will get placed in the current workflow branch.

ReplyDeleteMay I ask, in run time, who have authorization to select which workflow will be execute at ad hoc anchor step?
