We set workflow status to Logically deleted, if the (sub) workflow is no longer required or meaningful.
Steps to Execute Logically Delete Work Item
- Go to Workflow log and click on the top-level work item as shown below
- Use menu path GOTO->Technical Work Item Display.
- Use menu path Edit->Change.
- Click Execute next to Logically Delete.
- Status changed to Logically Deleted.
