Normally In DEV and QA environment, to run batch input session, we come to SM35 transaction and select the correct Session name and we process. In production environment, all are not allowed to go to Sm35 transaction code. They have to wait a system administrator explicitly starts the processing of the session.
Procedure
- Schedule RSBDCSUB to run periodically in one or background jobs.
- Selection criteria for the program
- session name
- date and time of generation
- status: ready to run or held in the queue because of errors
