HR Features are objects that produce an output value depending on the value of the structure fields that are being used and are mostly used to determine default values.

Function modules to be used to retrieve Feature values are

• HR_FEATURE_BACKFIELD - Reading a Feature with Field Return
• HR_FEATURE_BACKTABLE - Reading a Feature with Back Table
